How can I replace a door hinge on a Neff B1641 please ?

Hi, my oven door does not close properly since it swung down heavily last Sunday as I was dishing up the roast. I have taken the door off and it would appear to me that the left hinge is in need of replacement. The right hinge is holding in place whereas the left one moves up and down. I can get the part I need on line. Are there any instructions on how to fit it anywhere please ? cheers
