freezer problem?

I recently moved and my brandt freezer is not working any more.When In turn it on all three lights, red, amber and green all turn on, the red light is supposed to go off after 2 or 3 hours. I have tried both , no luck.Also changed the fuse in the plug but no joy. I do not know what the problem is and if it can be restored. I have a Brandt upright freezer. Please help.
