Mend Flymo Roller Compact 4000 Mower Working Changed

Flymo Roller Compact 4000?

I switched on the mower today and nothing is working. I have changed fuses and checked the electricity socket but it still will not work. Any advice please.

Check the grass collection lid is making the micro switch. Around the edge of the lid near the top is a spike that fits into a hole where the micro switch is located press down in this area
