more specifically the red/amber light flashes continually and does not reboot after disconnection. If this is the same fault, I have phoned and been told that, as it is out of guarantee (2 years old in May) there is nothing I can do but buy another. Then I saw reconditioned machines on the web and sent an e-mail to Top Up tv expressing interest and asking them to phone to discuss my options. No response so I looked again at the web and found no recons now available but saw this entry. Have now e-mailed them again but had no response. Does anyone know what is going on?
