Are there any people who can help me with my 950i in east kent?

Are there any people who can help me with my brother 950i knitting machine in east kent area. I think the ribber needs adjusting and I cannot seem to be able to do it. It stands on a knitting machine cabinet.

I dont know anyone in Kent but I have benefited on a number of occasions from Heathercraft in West Sussex -

You might need to take your machine to them but they are quick and reliable and reasonably priced. Also they are always willing to give advice by phone
