Replacement swivel rocker based for bucket seat dining chair. ?

Dining chairs bought from Stoneville Furniture Co. in Stoneville, NC. They've gone out of business. The swival base-rocker on one of our bucket chairs has broken --- model # 518-1378. I wonder where I might purchase a replacement metal base. I would appreciate any suggestions.
