Mend Colonial 01-7600B/02-7600W Fan Reason Heating

Colonial oven 01-7600B/02-7600W?

The fan within the oven seems to be working, the hob's are working, however for some reason the actual oven its self does not seem to be heating up. Is this due to an element that needs replacing and if so please can you inform me to where i can locate them!
