why does the water come out of the overflow?

Hi Phil,I have a Triton but,mine is about 4-5 yrs old now.I have exactly the same problem.Really don't know why this problem has started all of a sudden.Do you mean that the water will not come through the shower-head at all & only through the over-flow,as that is what is the problem with mine?
Would be great if anyone knows what the problem is.I thought it was may be that my shower had died due to age but,perhaps not?!
