Mend Siemens RDJ10/RDJ10RF Heating Coming Set

Heating not coming on when on Auto?

i have just had another room stat fitted, this one is an RDJ10/RDJ10RF. Set times and temperature ok as per instructions. Put mode slider to Auto. Was set to come on at 5.30am. Went to bathroom at 6.15am which is coldest room. No heat !!
Temp was 13.5 !
Cannot get through to anyone at Siemens
Can anyone help?

take the front off motorised valve on heat pipe for that room it could be jammed as all these gadgets jamm due to crust build up from heating.or could be wired wrong get a sparks to check polarity

Not trying to be clever or funny..but is it just the bathroom not warm?(blocked duct?)..also am/pm...?..just a thought..
