Don't understand your posting. Are you making a statement to tell us your problem or is there a hidden question you want answered? If the dishwasher is not heating, it could be several different reasons. Faulty element, wiring problem, thermostat problem or a controller fault. Unless you know how to fault find & have the tools & test equipment to do it, call in a service company.
