Mend Technika LCD19ID-107/207 LCD TV Repair

how can i fix my LCD19ID-107/207 TECHNIKA TV?

I CANNOT TURN THE TV ON. IT HAS POWER GOING TO IT AND THE RED STANDBY LIGHT JUST FLASHES. I HAVE TAKEN THE BATTERYS OUT OF THE CONTROLLER BUT IT CONTINUES TO FLASH. THE TV IS A 19" TECHNICA LCD AND THE MODEL NUMBER IS LCD19ID-107/207.
