Mend Renault Megane Scenic RT 1.6E Auto Automatic Transmission Gearbox

Autobox selects 3rd all the time?

renault megane scenic RT 1.6E Auto.Have had oil changed but has made no difference to the gearbox which seems to select only drive,pulls away in 3rd all the time.Why?
