Mend Cookworks WP5F Dishwasher Stuck Help

My cookworks dishwasher is stuck?

Hope someone can help me i have the cookworks wp5f tabletop dishwashe and when i put it on the cycle it gets about a 1/4 of the way round and will stay there and not carry on. how do i repair this or what can i do.
