how can i fix my mp3!!!!!! ITS BROKEN?

i just got a creative zen 2GB mp3 and i charged it all night and came in the next morning and tryed to lisen to music but my mp3 wouldnt turn on so i charged it for a hour more and i tryed to turn it on then and it still wouldnt turn on so can you pleace HELP ME !!!!
