creative vision m wont turn on !?

my vision m wont turn on i think battery is dead, but seems fully charged, will dock on pc, have reset and it rebooted but still nothing, can anyone help, or know where to get replacment battery. thanks, gav creative vision m zen 30gb

Creative Audio, MP3 Players Vision M Turn

i recently had the problem where when i turned the on switch on nothing happened. there are plenty of websites that tell you how to disassemble your player, which is what i did and it turned out i had a loose connection.

to be honest tho the vision m was a bit broken before it totally died, and i haven't got it fully functional as of yet, but it is at a fixable stage now.

could be a firmware issue, if it syncs with pc but does not work on its own it will propl be a faulty battery.
