how to replace a belt simpson 39p400?

how do i replace the belt on simpson 39p400 dryer
as the old one hasn't broken compleatly but has split on the sides and has come off.
when i slip it back over the drive wheel it is too loose.
im not sure if it gose ove silver drive wheal then aroud the black plasic wheel under it??
were do i find a manaul on how to re-enstal it ansd is it streached?
