Mend Engine Fuse Battery

RIDING MOWER BLOWS FUSE WHEN YOU TURN ON SWITCH?

JUST INSTALLED NEW BATTERY AND I CAN'T GET ENGINE TO TURN OVER. SO, I CHECKED THE FUSE AND IT WAS BLOWN. INSTALLED ANOTHER AND AS SOON AS I TURNED SWITCH, IT BLEW....ALONG WITH 5 OTHERS. PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you checked the wiring for any 'shorts'. Possibly in the ignition if if happens when you turn on switch.
