Mend Karcher K380 Wrong Pressure Coming

whats wrong with my pressure washer?

my karcher k380 has water coming out back of actual machine and it make a pulsating sound when i use the longest lance i have made sure its not blocked can anyone help

Karcher Karcher K380 D.I.Y, General D.I.Y Wrong Pressure Coming

It sounds like a crack in the power head - thats the bit that actually does the pumping, and its coupled directly to the electric motor. If its a cheaper machine, the power head is plastic and prone to failure.
