Mend Ferroli Boiler Heating Pressure

Loosing pressure still have heating?

I am loosing pressure on my ferroli boiler. I can top up the water pressure how ever 5-10mins later the pressure is gone completely but my heating is still on. I have checked the over flow and there is warm water coming out. Can anyone advise what to do or what could be wrong?
