Can Hyundai Hpt-4255 blank screen problem be fixed?

I have a 42 inch Hyundai HPT-4255, but the screen will not come on, the standby light changes from red to green, and it sounds like its going to come on but then nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas of the problem please and the cost of fixing it?
