Mend Danfoss Hot Water Extremely

Danfoss motorised valve - 2 port?

Hi, My hot water is extremely hot. The cylinder stat works and is wired ok. I have replaced the head only of a Danfoss motorised valve. 4 core and earth cable, x1 wire is to the cylinder stat which is ok. The blue is not live and unsure what this connects to? I have x2 permanently live wires. Is this correct. Can you help?
