how do i up the tick over?

i have a g reg auto micra. when the choke goes off the engine ticks over too low and stalls can you please tell me how to up them thank you.

K10 carburettor engine? Lift the air filter box off and see where the accellerator cable connects to the carb. There should be a spring loaded screw that you turn clockwise to increase the tickover speed.
