Triton T80i - Low pressure and lack of heat?

Hi there,
I'm having problems with my Triton T80i shower. Even on the highest heat setting, the water is warm at best, and there is very little pressure. As this is an old shower, I don't want to spend a huge amount of money on fixing it.

I would appreciate any advice regarding what the problem could be, and how to fix it.
