loss of picture?

March 31 2009- my toshiba 36zp38 loss picture. If I switch it off then switch it back on again, the picture cameback then the picture became fuzzy then suddenly the screen turn black NO PICTURE but sound is still ok. Please help me to fix it. Gerald
