Citroen C3 Steering Wheel Rack (pump builts in)?

Hi there,

I just baught a Citroen C3, 52 plate, its 5 door 1.4 HDi C3 SX HDi 70 5Dr, I notice the steering wheel not right, when i do turn righ it does 2 lock stright away itself, it look like there is an egg in tyre, someone said it might be the the electric steering wheel bump, so I am looking for the electric pump build in the rack and for Diesel C3, could you please check the parts to my car, the chase number is VF7FC8HXB260422, can you advice me what is wrong with it?? and if you stock the Electric steering wheel and how much will cost me?

Is electric steering wheel pump builts in the rack? Is the rack on the vehicle is a power steering rack (hydraulic)? and is the pump the type (with electric motor) is combined reservoir?
