Mend Ford C-Max Working Unlock

Boot lid lock not working?

I have a Ford C- Max (55 Reg) and the hatch will not unlock - hence I cannot open the boot. The central locking seems to work ok on all the other doors but there seems no noise (life) from the boot lid lock. Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?
