Fuel pump work in start mode, fuel to fuel rail, spark to plugs but still won't start. Don't know if fuel pumps works when not cranking as it won't start. Replaced fuel pump as car quit while running on a trip. Also replaced comp. With key in on position, only 50 % of fuses seem to have power. Any suggestions on what to check next or how to fix?
