Replace the Wok Burner Thermocouple?

I need to replace the Wok Burner Thermocouple on a CDA five ring Gas Hobb. I have a new Thermocouple but do not know how to get into the Hobb.How do I get into the workngs of the Hobb and can it be done without disconnecting the Gas

first you must remove the bottom half of the stove.that will let you remove the wing nuts holding the hob from the work serface.then lift it up and pack it to hold it clear as you can remove the old thermocoupling.this is a gas appliance and onlyto be done by a qualified gas corgi fitter.
