Indesit D63 dishwasher. ?

Hi .I have a D63 indesit dishwasher and my wife sets it on Programme 5 to do the dishes,we have just had a new programmer fitted because it was clicking all the way round ,now we have brought it back home and all plumbed back in we seem to have a similar problem as the programmer is stuck on number five and water comes in and goes straight out of the waste without no further attempt to move a click round, i have tried this on number 4 on rinse just to check and it clicked once and carries on rinsing for fun.Could this be anything due to a dodgy stop tap at the rear that gives a half speed fill of water or something else,if so can you help please
