white night 767 condenser dryer ?

ive replaced the capacitor on the dryer.it will still only run if i manually turn the drum first.the motor just hums.and when it goes into the reverse cycle i have to turn the drum for it to work again.any ideas?and thanks for the info on how to replace the capacitor'it worked a treat
