Mend Renault Megane Door Lock Central Locking

1997 Renault Megane Driver Door Lock is Stuck Down!?

I locked my driver door (not central locking) and the key wouldn't come out, the barrel just kept spinning, now the lock won't come up at all (from inside or out) so you can't open the door. Any Ideas?
