Mend Samsung SR-S2026CVW Refrigerator Freezer

how can i fix my ,samsung fridge/freezer,model sr-s2026cvw?

make samsung ,model sr-s2026cvw, serial n0 443743ct400373n , fridge and freezer both get to set temp and then motor shuts off and does not kick back in when temp rises(eg when door opened) but if i turn power off and on again the the motor starts ,and it gets to set temp again,could it be thermostat ? hope you can help,thanks.

this is the same model as the rs 21, and has the same fault as the rs 21 ...not cooling in the fridge noise from fan etc ... you buy the rs21 repair kit to cure this .. as its the excact same parts ...s2028/28 is just on older version of the rs21... got in touch with these guys who advised of this , they also can supply kit/advice ...

Desperate Dave - we have had exactly the same problem in the past two weeks, have you had any luck remedying it yet or are you still looking for answers? Hope you can help.
