Mend Water Hot Feel

condenser heating up but not collecting water?

Our condenser seems to be working in-as-much-as it is hot at the back and you can also feel some warmth out the front fans BUT, it is taking forever to dry clothes and the water collector never needs emptying...it is almost bone dry.
