WHY CAN THE MICROWAVE NOT OPEN RIGHT TO LEFT ???

Hi, most microwaves are made with their gubbins on the right hand side, in which case it is not possible to make the door swing out round the control panel without some hefty engineering, not something that is deemed desireable by manufacturers in this penny concious society. try a drop down door model, but watchout for the price.

It's a right handed world - we (most people) carry the food in our right hand and open the door with our left - if the lefties of the world got together and demanded from a manufacturer a left handed version they still probably wouldn't get one.
