Mend Water Dropped Pipe

How do I fix my hot water?

Recently the temperature of my hot water has dropped, it now only gets luke warm. The pipe leading to the top of the water tank is warm but not burning hot as it should be. I have increased the thermostat on the boiler but the temperature of the water has remained the same. I have also checked that all the valves on the Hot Water Tank are open. Could it be the Boiler itself and what checks can I do?

check your boiler cycle, check flow pipe temp. if hot than check pump if working correctly. theck whether zone valve working electrically but wheather opening internally. need experiance to find the fault.
