Mend Craftsman 358351060 Start Gas Plug

how can I start my craftsman chainsaw # 358351060?

It is getting spark, has new gas, is getting gas, plug
is clean it just does not start.

are you using the proper stating procedure? 1 turn stop switch off 2 pump primer 3-4 times 3 set choke4 set throttle and lock it on 5 pull a few times if it starts good , if not adust chock and try again . hope this helps you
