If it's just the cloth covered electric lead that runs from the wall plug to the Iron itself, any electrical outlet e.g. B&Q, Maplin, Homebase or other home hardware stores, will be able to supply the lead.
Once you have the lead, re-wire the Iron as you would an electric plug.
Brown - LIVE, Blue - NEUTRAL, Green/yellow - EARTH.
NOTE: Before purchasing the lead, check the iron has 'normal' screws holding the housing where the lead enters the unit, together, otherwise it will be security screws. If security screws are present, (although the security bits can be bought), I would therefore advise you take the iron to a domestic repair shop, e.g. washing machine, cooker repairs etc. and have a competent engineer do it for you.
It shouldn't take them long or cost too much. Either that or contact the manufacturer and arrange for them to repair and return. NOTE: This will be much more costly and it may be cheaper to buy a new one.
When contemplating any job, I was always told - If your NOT confident in what your doing leave it to the experts... It's good advice!
