Advice about taking a washing machine out?

Can I just unplug the washing machine and then will it be ok to pull out or do I need a plumber to disconnect water etc.

you can disconnect the mains and pull the machine out yourself but turn the water off and make sure the hoses are long enough for the machine to be pulled out.if the hoses are to short to pull it out you will have to disconnect them from the water and waste pipe connections first.
