Mend Briggs & Stratton Timing Crankshaft

5hp briggs and stratton?

I have a 5 hp briggs and stratton horizontal motor. It had been torn down and put back together and i think the timing marks were not set back in the right spots. I tore it down and there is a small hole in a tooth on the crankshaft that must be for the timing mark on there. A small hole and a bigger hole on the camshaft gear. How do i line them up? Thanks
