If there's no pressure, then you need to re-pressurise via the filling loop,usually the chrome valve and flexible tube near to the boiler. If pressure is constantly going down,then you need to either look for a leak or,if the pressure rises very quickly on fire up you need to check the expansion vessel.The 30sxi is normally avery reliable boiler.
