Mend Vauxhall Astra Club 8 valve Door Removed Panel

rear door on astra will not open?

i have removed the panel and got to the lock inside but can not open the door, i think the lock may be broken inside how do i remove the lock when i can not open the door. the car is 2001 1.6 astra club 8 valve
