Mend Fisher & Paykel GW609AU Spin Full Speed

My fisher & paykel washer #GW609AU does not seem to spin at the full speed?

Is there a part or adjustment for this problem? Wher can get a service manual for this machine so I know what the error lights mean?

I'd suspect that the dog clutch is not disengaging. Check that the inner bowl slides up and down the shaft freely... there is about 1" movement. When full the wash bowl will float up and disengage from the agitator (turn freely) when the water pumps out it will drop down and engage. Check that the water is actually pumped out before the spin cycle has begun!
