Ldv cub heater only works on full?

My heater has started to only blow on full,Ive checked all the fuses,any ideas?

Mine is exactly the same, mine is the resistor that controls the fan speed but they are genuine part only as far as i have found out. about £40 for one so im just hanging on till it gives in completely.
