how to fix kodak g600 printer dock?

mine does the same thing. I called Kodak, told the rep my problem they took my phone number, was put on hold for about 45 minutes then cut off. Never heard from then again. I'm thinking of just going out and buying a new one then returning the defective one as it was under warrentee when it screwed up.
