the head where the rollers are, beating the carpet stopped rotating after my 3yr old vaccumed the floor picking up all kind of stuff. what could be the problem?
If it sounds like the motor is still trying to turn but can't, it may be that the object(s) have bound up the motor. It is pretty easy to remove the screws from the bottom of the power head to seperate the top from the bottom and remove any obstructions.
