Mend Crusader CT31V Fit New Belt

how do i fit new belt on crusader CT31V?

i have bought replacement belt and fit it round drum but it feels quite tight to stretch it to drive motor

How did you get at the belt in the 1st place?

I've got the back off but cannot figure out how to get at the drum ...

If I can get in I'll happily share the experience with you ;)
