Mend Philips PET702/37 Read Disc Work

phillips pet702/37?

Can't get it to read disc. Have cleaned both lens and disc and still get the "loading..." followed by "no disc". Nobody seems to work on these in my area. Any suggestions on things to try are appreciated.
