replace diaphram they get stiff with age and do not
pump effectively, may as well replace rest of inner
parts as they come with rebuild kit about $10.
careful to set needle valve lever to correct height
flush with edge of carb
pay close attention when taking apart
as everything must inrite place
diaphragm first then gasket then cover
