Mend Smeg DWI612C Dishwasher Drain Pump Reset

Smeg DWI612C?

Does anyone know how to reset this dishwasher ..

I have replaced the floatswitch which was jammed .. The washer ran for 1 cycle and now the drain pum just seems to pulse and wont run and start the cycle

I have a Smeg dishwasher dwi612c model and after switching it on it stops midcycle bleeps then starts again without finishing the programme wash. It now does this on any of the programmes.
any ideas please what the problem is.
