Mend Midi Moto Wiring Diagram Battery

anyone have a wiring diagram for a midi moto?

the battery wont charge but will allow voltage through it when i put the booster pack on and what i think is the regulator starts smoking when there is voltage through the wiring system for longer than about 15 seconds anyone have any ideas thanks
